Welcome to Casyt! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Casyt's products and services, including our websites, applications, software, and AI features (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Casyt ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and warrant that you have the authority to do so.
You are responsible for your account's security and all activities under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
Fees: Certain features of the Service are available only through paid plans. Fees for paid plans are billed as detailed on our pricing page. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.
Billing: We will bill you through an online billing account for your subscription. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your chosen plan. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider. Your subscription will automatically renew on its stated interval unless you cancel it.
No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.
Price Changes: We may change prices for our plans. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice by posting the new prices on the Service or sending you an email notification.
"User Content" means any information, text, tasks, prompts, uploaded files (including resumes and evidence PDFs), or other materials you submit to the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Casyt a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service to you and your organization.
AI-Powered Features: Many of our features are powered by artificial intelligence (AI). To provide these features, we may process your User Content using services from third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI). While we use these providers to generate content like petition drafts, expert letters, and summaries, you remain responsible for the final output. You agree not to submit any sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information that you would not want processed by such third-party services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:
We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Excluding User Content, the Service and all related materials and intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of Casyt and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service or Casyt content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." Casyt AND ITS PARTNERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM IT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Casyt SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Casyt's AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO Casyt FOR USE OF THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You are free to stop using our Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Washington County, Oregon, to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make a change that we believe is material, we will provide you with reasonable notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Casyt regarding the Service. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
