Give Casyt Evidence That Works

🧾 Formats: URLs, PDFs, DOCX, TXT, RTF 🔒 Keep control: no social security numbers or payroll data 🎯 Goal: Targeted evidence per statutory prong

Evidence tiers to prioritise

  1. Primary proof: Awards, patents, publications, major press, funded grants, regulatory clearances.
  2. Corroborating support: Metrics dashboards, keynote agendas, board appointments, leadership roles.
  3. Contextual detail: Company fact sheets, product launch summaries, project retrospectives.

Upload or link only what backs the statutory prongs you plan to argue. Casyt references each exhibit by number in generated drafts, so precision beats volume.

Link best practices

  • Use permanent URLs when possible (official press releases, government websites, academic journals).
  • Write concise labels such as “IEEE Spectrum profile on Dr. Adebayo” instead of generic titles.
  • Flag whether a link is Government or Supporting so the workspace segments them correctly.
Remember: You can link directly to a PDF, but anything behind a login will not be extracted.

Upload guidance

Casyt accepts PDFs, DOC/DOCX, TXT, and RTF. Aim to keep files under 20 MB. Before uploading:

  • Redact personal identifiers (SSNs, home addresses, financial account numbers).
  • Highlight or annotate sections that demonstrate impact to shorten review time.
  • Name files descriptively: 2023_GlobalTech_Innovation_Award.pdf.

How Casyt uses your evidence

  • Casyt assigns each approved item an Exhibit # and references it in AI-generated drafts.
  • The assessment engine cross-checks exhibits to highlight statutory strengths and gaps.
  • Documents stay in your workspace; only you and invited collaborators can access them.

Privacy checklist before sharing

  • ✅ Remove passport scans, birth certificates, or medical records—Casyt doesn’t need them to draft narratives.
  • ✅ Keep internal financials high-level (percentage growth, ranges) rather than raw revenue breakdowns.
  • ✅ When in doubt, summarise sensitive data as a bullet that can be supported by a letter or testimony.

Next step: tag your strongest exhibits

Once uploads and links are in Casyt, review each item in the Evidence panel. Tag the pieces that best reinforce your petition angle so the AI focuses on high-signal proof.
